By submitting payment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
All payments are 100% non-refundable. The only exception to this will be situations where I must regretfully cancel your booking due to unexpected events. In such circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule your designs for an alternative date. If rescheduling isn't suitable for you, a full refund will be issued.
The Dream Design Studio reserves the right to use all materials and designs it has created for marketing purposes. This includes on our Instagram and Facebook page.
You may not trademark your designs. If you were intending to trademark your designs, you must notify me before submitting your payment. I incorporate royalty-free images into my designs and these images cannot be used as part of a trademark. If you have any uncertainties or inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out to me for further clarification. Please note, failure to consult with me before submitting a logo for a trademark check, inclusive of images that may not be trademarkable, implies your assumption of complete responsibility for any repercussions or legalities that may arise for potentially violating image licenses.

As part of the booking process, you will be given a potential date for your design work to begin. Please note that these dates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are also made available to other clients. The booking date may be subject to change based on the time it takes to receive your design brief and complete the payment.
The payment link sent via direct message is time-sensitive and remains valid for only 24 hours. After this timeframe, the link expires and you will no longer be able to proceed with the payment. In the event that you miss the 24-hour window, kindly reach out to me via direct message. I will gladly provide you with information on my next available booking date along with a new link for your payment.
You must be available to respond to messages on the day of your booking. If there are any circumstances that may hinder your ability to promptly reply to my messages on your booking date, such as work commitments or personal holidays, please inform me before paying your deposit. By doing so, I can make an effort to find a more suitable slot that aligns with your schedule and ensures smooth communication throughout the design process.
Kindly be aware that my location is in England, situated within the GMT time zone. To ensure effective communication, if you are not in England, I kindly request you to synchronise with my time zone. This will enable us to coordinate seamlessly during my working hours, which are from 9 am to 5 pm. For instance, if you are located in America, adjusting your waking hours earlier than usual may be necessary to ensure your timely availability for prompt responses. Failure to adhere to your designated time slot due to a time zone disparity, resulting in delayed responses or a complete omission of your scheduled booking, will incur a rebooking fee. This rebooking fee will be 50% of the original service price.
It is extremely important that you are available to respond to messages on the day of your booking, as if you fail to reply to your design samples on the same day they are sent, or if you respond towards the end of my working day when a significant amount of work still needs to be completed, it will be necessary to reschedule your design work for my next available slot. Please note that missing your allocated booking will incur a rebooking fee. This rebooking fee will be 50% of the original service price. This fee helps to cover the wasted time and costs associated with rescheduling and ensures fairness to other clients. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
I will begin the design work on the agreed-upon date. My goal is to begin creating your designs on the same day as your booking. If you have reserved a slot for a logo design, you will receive three design samples aligned with the brief you provided prior to booking.
However, in some instances, I may find that your sample designs require additional refinement to ensure they are truly perfect. As a result, it might take a few extra days to complete your samples. If I determine that your samples require further work before they can be delivered to you, I will promptly notify you via direct message to keep you informed.
Minor changes to the design samples are accommodated at no additional cost. However, if the number of minor changes exceeds a reasonable limit, an extra charge will be applied. This additional fee is entirely discretionary and will be determined according to the scope and size of the requested alterations. In the event that you are unsatisfied with all the design samples provided and wish to receive new samples, you would need to rebook for another available slot. In order to rebook, you would need to pay for your service again, in full, to proceed with the design process. Due to the nature of my business, under no circumstances will refunds be issued if you decide you no longer want to continue with the process.
If you have booked a logo design along with another service such as a package or a logo with a flyer design, I will begin the additional work once the logo design has been finalised. It is crucial to respond promptly to all messages as any other work will be put on hold until the logo design is completed and approved. This ensures efficient progress and timely delivery of your designs.
To ensure a seamless design process, you must provide all the necessary information for your designs is provided at least 24 hours prior to your booking date. For example, if you have booked for a design package that includes a business card, it is imperative that you send me the information you would like on the business card design at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking date. If you do not submit the information necessary for your booking within the designated timeframe, this will result in the cancellation of your booking. Please note that the original payment made is non-refundable, and you will be required to submit a payment again, in full, in order to reschedule your booking.

To reschedule your booking, please notify me at least 5 days in advance of your scheduled date. Rescheduling within this timeframe is free of charge. If you contact me less than 5 days prior, a rebooking fee of 50% of the original service price will apply.

I, The Dream Design Studio, reserves the right to terminate the design process at any point, should I receive any disrespectful, rude or threatening behaviour.
Please note that I, The Dream Design Studio, holds no responsibility for any spelling or design errors. In the event that you notice a mistake on the prints after they have been ordered and decide to re-order them, you will be responsible for the cost of the re-print.
If you are ordering prints, kindly review all of them upon arrival. As if you have any complaints regarding your prints, you must raise them within 30 days of placing your order. After 30 days, I will not be able to make any attempt to resolve your issue.

Please be aware that I design in RGB colour mode, while printers utilise CMYK colour mode. As a result, there may be slight variations in color between your digital files and the printed copies. Unfortunately, this difference cannot be avoided.
Furthermore, I cannot be held responsible for any delays in postage caused by the courier or any loss of items during transit. Once the items have been posted, the responsibility is transferred to the courier.

Please be aware that design files are retained for a period of 6 months. After 6 months, files are deleted. If you would like me to keep your files for an additional six months, please ensure to notify me via direct message before the initial 6-month period elapses. Failure to do so will result in the deletion of your files, and it will not be possible to retrieve the designs. Should you require the files again after deletion, a full payment will be necessary to initiate a redesign.

I am able to provide your files in the following formats: JPG, PNG, non-editable PDF and in some cases, non-editable Photoshop EPS.
